This is a colorful dish and good to prepare with firm fish such as cod. I used talapia and it was fine. - Sharlyn
1 lb firm fish fillets
2 small zucchini, thinly sliced
1 cup spaghetti sauce (less than 4g fat per 4 oz)
1 tbl grated Parmesan cheese
Spray micro-safe dish with non stick cooking spray. Arrange fillets in pan.
Top with sliced zucchini.
Spoon spaghetti sauce over fish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Cover with platic
wrap.
Cook on high 8-12 min, depending on thickness of fish. Rotate dish halfway thru
cooking.
Serve with slotted spoon. Or preheat oven to 350. Cover and bake 30 min.
