SouthWest Chicken Fettucinni

Box of Chicken Helper

1 T of olive oil

1/3 c. favorite salsa (or more!)

red & green peppers (or whatever you have)

onion, diced (medium or whatever!)

garlic (I use kind in jar)

black olives

mushrooms (fresh or can, I use 1 small can but use as many as you want)

1% milk

cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. in a large skillet saute onion, and garlic w/ olive oil just enough to get the
crispness gone; add chicken; brown a minute (don't let it start sticking); add salsa; cook till chicken is done.
add milk, sauce mix, and noodles. bring to boil, then cover and simmer. cook till noodles are done, stiring
occasionally. add peppers, olives and mushrooms; cook long enough to heat them.

I sometimes add chopped jalapeno's if my husband feels like he can take it. or for a little more heat, but not
that much heat, use hot salsa. I like Tostitos Med for this dish. I came up with this dish trying to copy Hacienda's

Fettucinni Fernando which is really really good but death to your points for the next week! haha It's not quite like
theirs, but good anyways.
