frozen ready-to-bake pie crust
4 cups strawberries
2 cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
4 Tbsp cornstarch
6 oz Jell-O Sugar-Free Strawberry
Directions:
Cook 2 pie shells as directed on pkg. Sprinkle 1/2 c splenda over 4 c. sliced strawberries and set aside. Boil 2 c water. Add 1 1/2 c splenda, 4 TBS cornstarch, cook till clear. Add 2 3 oz boxes diet strawberry jello. Mix well, set aside to cool, then pour over berries, into pie shells. Let it set up. Top with cool whip.
