Mexican Casserole 5 pts | serves 6

FF flour tortillas halved
3 cups cooked
& cubed chicken
1 cup frozen
corn
1 cup chopped
onion
1/2 green
pepper chopped
1 can stewed
tomatoes
1 - 10oz
diced tomatoes w/Chile's
1 cup shredded
rf cheese
preheat oven
to 350, spray 9x13 pan
line w/half
the tortillas. Layer chicken, corn,
onion, pepper
and stewed tomatoes. Cover with
remaining
tortillas. Pour tomatoes and green Chile's
over top
cover w/foil and bake to thoroughly heated, about 30 min.
uncover and
sprinkle w/cheese, bake another 10 minutes uncovered.
Serve w/
ff sour cream & salsa but don't forget to add those points!!
